The Eola-Amity Hills has quietly become one of Oregon’s most celebrated appellations. Along the eastern flank of these red volcanic hills, Evening Land’s Seven Springs Estate prominently sits at its center, positioned mid-slope directly facing one of Oregon’s most beloved monuments, Mount Hood.

The Pinot Noir and Gamay in this cuvée are from 100% estate grown grapes, expertly grown by their vineyard manager, Netanya Welch. Under the careful direction of their winemaker, John Faulkner, their grapes are fermented slowly with gentle extraction, and aged for 9 months in older barrels until bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites.
