Loch Gorm 2025 Edition is the first ever Loch Gorm aged for over 10 years in Oloroso sherry butts.
Founder Anthony Wills selected 23 Oloroso Sherry butts in total, 20 fresh (first fill) and 3 refill (second fill).

Nose: Caramelized custard tart; freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.
Palate: Honey roasted figs, cloves, and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.
Finish: Lingering finish with a savory undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.
