How to create a Custom Nameplate

1. Select the background image. A popup will appear where you are able to upload a photo of your dog or other nameplate background image.
   1. The nameplate is 5.5” wide by 2.5” tall
   2. Background images should have a minimum size of 660 x 300 pixels after cropping. We recommend 1650 x 750 pixels for best results.
   3. Uploaded background images must be:
      1. JPG/JPEG, PNG, SVG or PDF format
      2. Less than 10 Megabytes (10MB) in size
      3. Less than 10,000 pixels wide and tall
2. You will need to accept the image upload disclaimer – we reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply.
3. After uploading, you will be able to click the background image to reveal controls at the bottom to position, scale, rotate, or delete the image on the canvas. You can also click and drag to position the image.
4. When you are satisfied with the background image placement, select the ADD TEXT button, then enter the desired text.
5. After the text is placed, click on the text to select it. A toolbar will appear with buttons to change color, size, text, style, scale and rotation. You can also click and drag to position the text.
6. When you are happy with the placement of both the background image and text, select the ADD TO CART button
7. Your Custom Nameplate will be added to your cart and you will be able to checkout.
