Re-racked into Palo Cortado casks in 2023, this bottling from the Speyside distillery features complex notes including, maple bacon, red wine poached pears, pomegranate and cranberry. Fruity and sweet, this dram develops as you sip revealing a slight savory note.

Nose: Rock salt, maple bacon, red apples

Flavor: Almonds, pears poached in red wine, natural honey

Finish: Strawberry and cream sweets, pomegranate, cranberry
