• Base spirit made from 100% sustainably sourced Mexican corn, distilled in Guadalajara

• 32 total botanicals; traditional gin botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, and licorice complemented by endemic botanicals featuring epazote, marigold, Mexican oregano, lime peel, damiana, and night-blooming jasmine (Cestrum nocturnum)

• Distilled using a 300-liter alembic copper pot still; botanicals are first macerated in corn distillate before they are vapor-infused via basket

• Classic opening aromatics of juniper, citrus zest, and coriander are followed by palo santo, rosemary, and mango skin; the palate has a full, silky texture with delicately sweet notes of whole green apple underscored by woody tannin with pine resin, jasmine, and a subtle saline note of the seaside on the finish
