The Olema Chardonnay, made by Amici Cellars, is a blend produced from premier vineyards in California. A portion of the wine was aged in barrels for a rich, creamy texture with the remainder fermented in stainless steel which preserves the bright, vibrant fruit and crispness.
The 2024 Olema Chardonnay captures the essence of California with aromas of crisp golden apple, ripe Bartlett pear, lemon zest, and a hint of white blossom. On the palate, layers of juicy apple and pear mingle with subtle notes of toasted almond and a touch of vanilla bean, all supported by lively acidity that brings energy and poise to the wine’s generous texture. The finish is bright and lingering, showcasing both freshness and depth.
