Description
The plot of La Levriere is located on the North side of the town, and offers a quality flint and limestone soil, as well as a great exposition due to the hill, making it a parcel most apropriate for late harvests and Botrytis development. This wine is then fermented and aged in steel tanks, with no added sugar.
Nose: Cooked apple, ripe pears, nectarine, exotic fruit like pineapple, mango and litchi.
Palate: Smooth and creamy, spicy thread of cloves and pepper. Elegant finale, fresh and balanced.
