Limited to just 2,568 bottles globally, this 21 Year Old Cask Strength marries the sherry heritage of Jerez with the coastal soul of Islay. Finished for 21 months in sweet Pedro Ximénez casks, it’s a whisky shaped by patience and precision, power and poise.
Nose: Rich dried fruits, treacle toffee, and brown sugar lead, with hints of walnut, leather and a whisper of coastal clarity.
Palate: Sweet PX-soaked raisins and chocolate cherries lead, with roasted nuts, spiced oak, espresso, and warming cinnamon and clove on the finish.
Finish: Long and warming with dark chocolate, prunes, and a touch of sea spray.
