Description
The history of the Mastri Distillatori CAFFO has its roots in the last decade of the 19th century when Giuseppe Caffo began distilling local pomace with artisanal methods in Sicily on the slopes of Etna.
With the same passion of that time and with over a century of experience, the CAFFO family continues the tradition by distilling the best pomace on its own to obtain fine grappas in the two owned distilleries located in Calabria and Friuli.
