This wine comes from Campo alle Comete, a beautiful estate at the foot of Castagneto Carducci, just a short distance from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The grapes are hand-picked and cared for at every step, with organic practices that let the fruit speak for itself.
Stupore blends Merlot (50%), Cabernet Franc (25%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%). It’s gently fermented and aged in a mix of French barrels, giving the wine a silky, smooth texture without overpowering oak.
Expect ripe plum, cocoa, tobacco, and a subtle herbal lift on the nose, with red and dark fruits balanced by freshness on the palate. It pairs effortlessly with grilled meats, roasted veggies, or hearty pasta, or just on its own.
