Description
Dixeebe Chuparrosa is produced by Valentín Cortés in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Maguey Chuparrosa is a hybrid of Agave angustifolia and Agave americana, endemic to the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca. In this production, the agaves are cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, and double distilled in a copper still.
