Description

Domaine D’Aupilhac , located in the south of France, has been in the family for over five generations. On the 29 hectares, each stage, from planting right through to the unfiltered bottling is done with a respect for nature, the soil and the wines. This blend is of 40% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 10% Mourvedre, 10% Carignan comes from grapes that are hand picked at maturity from low-yielding vines and is matured in old casks in the underground cellar.
