Notes of dried apricot, hibiscus, rhubarb, savory herbs, brown sugar, and a gentle funk that adds dimension. Pair with Membrillo + Manchego, quail or game hen with orange, Mimolette, or any North African dish that features turmeric, cumin or dried apricot.
