Description
Single cask rum from an undisclosed distillery in Panama, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor. This was distilled in a column still in February 2004 and left to age in one cask until February 2017, when it was bottled at cask strength with an outturn of only 299 bottles.
Light notes of tobacco and oily walnut add a savoury note to the rum, while hearty helpings of caramelised date, pineapple and vanilla keep things sweet.
