Etsu is a handcrafted gin born from an ancestral recipe and means “pleasure” in Japanese.
Made at the Asahikawa Distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Taste gin is distinguished by the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration.
The iodised flavour of this exceptional gin highlights the botanicals, including Japanese yuzu and bitter orange.
