Made up of 100% Garnacha (Grenache), this medium-full bodied wine shows flavors of blackberry, currant, spice and sandalwood. The grapes are grown in pure slate soil and fermented mostly in concrete tanks adding a nice herbal minerality and beautiful tannins to the wine, melding perfectly with the fruit-forward smooth texture. Pairs well with red meat, hearty stews, and a cold Tuesday night in front of the fireplace.
