Description
A mezcal that has fruity, sweet tones and a slight coconut flavor; followed by the hints of herbs and spices. The maguey with the widest distribution, ancestor of the tequila blue maguey and henequen. Chelem (Mayan), doba-yej (Zapotec: maguey de flor), hamoc (seri), juya cuu (May: mezcal del monte), yavi incoyo (mixtec), amole, bacanora, field maguey, espadilla, espadín, mezcal zapupe.
