Description
Aged for 8 months in symphony barrels crafted from oak sourced from the forests of Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Each stave is cured for 36 months, which mellows the tannins while maintaining the aromatics. The tequila is then gently filtered to remove color while preserving the depth of flavor and aroma developed during aging.
