The 2022 Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz exudes a deep ruby color and tantalizing bubbles. It greets the nose with a medley of dark berry, fresh plum, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it surprises with a lively effervescence that complements flavours of blackcurrant and plum, leaving a lingering finish of cocoa and vanilla cream. A delightful twist on Shiraz, perfect for festive moments and lively gatherings.
The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 38% new, 49% one year old and 13% two year old barrels. To make this wine, Mollydooker re-ferment their Boxer Shiraz which creates the bubble in this beautiful sparkling wine.
