WINEMAKING
Carbonic macerated red wine from Areni grape variety. The wine is made from the autochthonous Areni grape variety, grown in the Vayots Dzor region. The grapes are sorted by hand and whole bunches are sent into the tanks filled with dry ice. Fermentation takes place within the grape cell. As a result, it acquires a bright fruity taste with a low tannin content. The wine is not filtered.
COLOR & TASTE
Color: Deep, light ruby. Aroma: Bright, berry and fruity shades: cherry, black currant, with a predominance of tones of ripe dark plums. Taste: Juicy, with well-balanced acidity, fine tannins and a refreshing berry aftertaste.
