Description
Nose: A sweet treat to begin (toffee with hazelnuts, Crème Brulee crust, and nougat) with building wood spice, cinnamon sticks, and incense. Rewards careful contemplation.
Palate: Presents a beguiling spiciness from the Spanish Oak that is equal parts garam masala, incense, and Cedar. Toffee remains from the nose but there are toasted hazelnuts now. Ground ginger and grey pepper appear towards the back of the palate.
Finish: Warm and drying while remaining pleasantly sweet.
