The world’s first exclusively Sherry Cask aged Tequila, in it’s second offering. Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave aged minimum 7 years, distilled then aged with Spanish Oloroso and PX Sherry from González Byass in certified organic casks from Tonelería Juan Pino.
The Joven leans more on PX to create a honeyed sweetness with a zesty citrus and crisp acidity full of agave flavor. From amber to deep gold, their warm, radiant hue captures the delicate balance of sunlight and spice, evoking the subtle harmony of this carefully aged spirit.
