Description
Sonrisa Oro Epecial (Special Gold) rum is aged, then twice-finished in once-used bourbon casks to give it a distinct, complex, and differentiated profile from other dark rums. Its gently sweet aromas of light caramel, toasted marshmallow and pipe tobacco lead to rich flavors of brown sugar and nougat alongside raw cane and mature maple.
This expression is extraordinary neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail like an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Negroni.
