Distil Your World Paris is the next release in the ‘Distil Your World’ series which celebrates the rich gastronomy culture that makes Paris so unique. The Macallan Lead Whisky Maker, Kirsteen Campbell, and the Roca brothers, owners of El Celler de Can Roca, twice named World’s Best Restaurant, went in search of the essence of the capital of cuisine, Paris, known for its rich culinary history, world-renowned chefs and restaurants. The result is their personal postcard of the capital’s scents and flavours turned into a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky that has evident Parisien charm. Sandalwood notes and gentle spices recall the city’s perfumeries. Buttery hints of baguette and brioche evoke Parisian bakeries. A cosmopolitan elegance results using an elegant combination of Sherry seasoned, Bourbon and Cognac oak casks providing an unmistakable character.
