By working directly with local farmers, Westland captures barley’s unique character and celebrates the raw ingredients that form the foundation of whiskey.
On the palate, Colere Edition 2 offers bright grain-forward flavors accented by orchard fruit, wild herbs, and toasted oak. Hints of honey, citrus zest, and baking spice weave through a textured body, leading to a long finish that balances freshness with depth.
