Combining two distinct processes to create a unique flavor profile, the 5th Volume of the Cellar Collection Series is finished in Patrón French Oak Añejo barrels, resulting in a well-rounded, earthy flavor profile that complements the rich and spicy Straight Rye Whiskey for an exceptionally smooth, new blend.

ABV: 52.1% – 104.2 proof
MASH BILL: 95% rye, 5% malted barley

Golden caramel in color with a floral and fruit forward nose. Toasty vanilla, with notes of subtle clove smokiness. Baking spices and cracked pepper on the palate tempered by herbal agave syrup, earthy tobacco and brown sugar. Soft and balanced finish with orange blossom honey, tropical fruits, and a French oak finish.
