Back by popular demand. A collaboration with Goodwood Brewing in Louisville, KY to create the Ryeteous Blonde. A limited time offering fusing the best of whiskey and beer into one ryeteous offering by finishing Kentucky Straight Rye in Blonde Ale barrels. Bottled at 100 proof and aged at a minimum of 4 years. 

Vanilla wafer on the nose with lemon peel, herbal tea, and oak. Crips apple, sweet malt, delicate pepper, and honey on the palate. A gentle sweet malt finish with notes of honeycomb, lemongrass, pear, and toasted oak.
