Description
The base of this whisky is malt from the Bruntal Maltings, symbolically peated to around 10 PPM. The mash was fermented with distillers’ yeast and then double-distilled – as slowly as possible. They matured the new make in heavily charred barrels made from European winter oak, crafted in the Czech Republic. Since they enjoy their whisky on the stronger side, they bottle it at 49.2% ABV – a tribute to the parallel that runs through Vizovice.
