Heaven Hill Mission-Exclusive 7-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Description

Bottled at 50% ABV and concentrated with vanilla, toasted oak, molasses, and barrel char, this is one of our favorite barrels from our last visit out to Bardstown. Selected in person with the team from Heaven Hill, we immediately fell in love with the aromas, texture, and weight of barrel 759744. Taken from the fifth floor of the rickhouse, this barrel saw some serious heat and evaporation over its maturation, thickening the whiskey’s flavors during the process.
