High West is Utah’s first distillery, born in 1879. One taste of this sweet, spicy and, yes, smoky whiskey, and you’ll know how High West Campfire got its name. This fine 92-proof whiskey blends bourbon, rye, and peated scotch whiskey and is aged in white oak barrels as well as second-use bourbon barrels. It contains flavors of vanilla, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, blueberries, and black cherries with a sweet, spicy, and smoky finish. Ideal for a Manhattan, High West whiskey has a balanced body that is an ideal addition to countless cocktail recipes.
