Ohmine was reborn in 2010 after a 50 year hiatus, with young, passionate sake producers in Mine city, Yamaguchi. Ohmine’s concept is to “try new things, find new innovations.” Ohmine Hiyaoroshi Yamadanishki’s fragrance evokes the sweetness of Muscat grapes and apples, accompanied by the rich umami and acidity derived from rice. The layers of minerals contribute to a deep and lingering finish.
